Its a 3D model i made at the beginning of 2012. Now i used it for a flyer for suedstern e.V. Zombie Version 😉 Ice Cream- made after this illustration.

Skulpted (zBrush) according to an image in 4-5 hours – would have been much faster without the limitition to use zBrush only, but that was the challenge.
